Indianapolis based Clancy’s Inc. DBA Grindstone Charley’s launched a new menu at all 4 locations this past week. The 16 page spiral notebook style menu was designed to give Grindstone Charleys a new unique look and feel. “We wanted to go above and beyond anything previously done in company history. Not only did we want a great design but we looked at every single product on our menu and asked, “How can we make this better,”” said Blake Fogelsong, District Manager of the company.

“We wanted to give customers a chance to read our story, so many people think of Grindstone Charley’s as a chain restaurant, and we are anything but that,” said Perry Fogelsong, President of Clancy’s Inc. “Every time you come in you should try something different because once again, our recipes are family made and use only the freshest ingredients possible.

You’ll find both old and new favorites on the menu. New items include, Pretzel Bites, Chef’s Feature Seafood, Sweet Potatoes, Santa Fe Chicken, Buffalo Chicken Salad, Turkey Burgers, Salmon Burger, Fried Green BLT, and Turtle Pie. Grindstone Charley’s will also be launching a new Drink Menu in the coming weeks, with more focus on craft beer, craft cocktails, and an all new wine list. Stay tuned here for details.
